- Looper is software for posting, filling, managing shifts, and engaging staff. It doesn't employ or pay anyone. - You're responsible for the people you take on, including their pay, right to work, working time and breaks, and all other regulatory compliance. - Only give access to people who need it, one login per person. - The pay rates you set in Looper are your decision; check them against the law and your contracts. - Only log shifts that were actually worked. - Looper is the app your employer uses to facilitate offering, managing shifts, and engaging staff. - Keep your account to yourself and your details up to date. Your tablet PIN is yours alone. - Your hours are agreed in Looper after each shift. Looper doesn't pay you; this remains the responsibility of your employer. All disputes must be managed directly with them. - If your employer turns on the location check, your phone shares its location only when you clock in or out on it, and Looper only keeps how far you were from the store. - Your managers can add shifts you worked to your timesheet, and you're told when they do. - Direct messages are only seen by the people in the conversation.
